Kathleen H, CA: 2x World Championship Qualifier
Thanks to Coach Rachel Sears Casanta helping me qualify for Team USA!
After Rachel advised me to race in Aquabike in MiamiMan, I was able to go to the ITU World Championship in Penticton and ITU World Championship in Odense, Denmark.
She helped me figure out how to work around arthritis in both knees and compete in both the Olympic and sprint distance at USAT Nationals in Cleveland. And still have fun.
Great workouts and feedback. Remarkably patient.
